Do you actually us the PS controller for that?
I just use the handle to control the cutterhead to the correct position and then it can be controlled by the computer

Beautifully done!
Wouldn't be easier to glue up a stack of alternating wood and plastic and then turn it. You can make silicone round mold or buy them at a bakery supply shop.

Those leds are a but strong. I think one or two in a divot in the base world have been better so that they wouldnt be directly viewable unlike the ones all throughout the light.
